Lotus DMC was born out of love and passion for travel and tourism. We, a group of tourism experts and enthusiasts with a collective experience of over 100 years, decided to create new experiences and memories for other fellow travellers keeping in mind our mission of sustainable destination management 2011, we established Lotus DMC with its headquarters in Cochin- KERALA , “The God’s own country”. Since then we have weaved experiences, memories and magic for travellers around the world. With our vision in mind, we spread our wings with motivated & experienced teams in Mumbai, Delhi, Colombo and Maldives.

Best known for his experience in cruise operations, Sanjeev has in-depth knowledge of global destination management industry.

Director
A leader in operations management, Deepu has over 25 years of experience in the Tourism Industry. An expert in cruise handling, Overland tours, Charters, incentives and specialized tours. He has established excellent rapport with vendors and suppliers and often leads negotiations for Lotus DMC. A Maverick leader is a strong pillar of Lotus Family.
Loretta Pinto
Director – USA
With nearly 30 years of destination management leadership experience, India-born Loretta Pinto has been part of the success of some of India's largest inbound travel and tourism organizations. Her expertise includes the design of value-driven and highly customized tours, cruise handling/operations and overall tourism in key markets. With Ms Pinto coming on board, Lotus DMC has spread its wings to the US and Canadian market with its office in New York.
Captain (IN) K,N. Surendran (Retd.)
Director
Capt. Surendran, having completed a long stint with the Indian Navy is a cog in the wheel of Lotus. With a professional career spanning nearly 40 years, both in the Navy and the Commercial Shipping and Logistics world, he is a critical interface between various govt. agencies and the Indian Cruise industry. Capt.Surendran has been instrumental in raising many concerns of the cruise industry, which is still at a nascent stage in India, with various government agencies to bring about much needed changes in the larger interest of promoting India as an attractive cruise destination. The management values his vast experience and professional acumen and is hopeful that this would stand Lotus in good stead in realising its organisational goals.
Neeraj Desai
HEAD – Leisure
Neeraj Desai is an industry veteran with about three decades experience in the tourism industry. Highly motivated and focused, Neeraj is equally at ease at and experienced in Outbound / bespoke holidays and his niche skill set includes organizing and handling Conferences, Incentives, Congress, Corporate meetings and has successfully conducted numerous MICE for corporates which came in for appreciation both from the organisers and the guests alike. As a widely travelled professional, Neeraj brings with him a wealth of experience in all facets of tourism. With the vast experience and expertise, he is bound to be everyone’s go-to person for a quick reference and guidance on any holiday destination.
Sana Shaikh
Sr. Manager – Cruise Division
Sana Shaikh, a young and enthusiastic professional, with over 13 years of experience, brings in a whiff of fresh air to the organisation. Her expertise is in cruise operations and Inbound Tourism. Highly motivated and skilled, Sana has been instrumental in effectively managing ground operations in respect of all cruise ships that Lotus handles at Indian, Sri Lankan and Maldivian ports. She is adept at maintaining close and cordial relations with on board Shore Excursions Team for smooth, efficient and successful conduct of various tours and turnaround operations. Sana is quite prompt and effective in communicating with the ships on all operational matters and ensures efficient calls at all ports. Her sound knowledge of Indian subcontinent and its various tourist attractions has been useful in promoting inbound tours.
